Rob found our first home and it’s beautiful. We couldn’t be more happy. He also got us a great deal. Always answered our questions in a timely manner. He’s great to work with.

Rob was a good resource and a very likable person. He sold our house quickly. We would advise using Robs service if you are thinking about buying or selling property in the Willow area. He is from West Plains however we did have quite a few visits in the short amount of time it took Rob to sell out property.

This whole buying transaction went very smoothly. I requested a list of available houses in my price range, I reviewed the list, narrowed the list to three properties, viewed the most promising and made an offer to purchase the first house viewed. I had to return to my home one thousand miles away, so most of the communication and paperwork was handled electronically. Ron did an excellent job with all the paperwork, keeping me informed, arranging inspections and negotiating price and repairs. I was present for the closing and it went smoothly and I was able to move in without any surprises. Rob is great and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in this area. We didn’t have a realtor when we started looking and I happened to come across a house on the internet that Rob had listed. I called and scheduled an appointment to see the house, I love the house but my husband wanted to keep looking. Rob was more than willing to show us anything we want to see so we could be sure. He took the time to find other listing he thought we might be interested in and schedule appointments for us to see them also (we did end up buying the first one we looked at of course).
